For every two changeovers that you work that you are scheduled to work, you will receive one How You Doin’? card

For every two times you work as a replacement for a changeover, you will receive one How You Doin’? card

For every time that you are called in to work a changeover as a replacement within 24 hours of the changeover, you will receive one How You Doin’? card

For every time that you are called in to work a changeover as a replacement within 8 hours of the changeover, you will receive two How You Doin’? cards

If you have zero No Call No Shows when we have the How You Doin’? party/drawing, you will receive five How You Doin’? cards
